Maintenance Painting at The Jewel, Surfers Paradise
Sheridan Painting Service was engaged to complete maintenance painting works at The Jewel in Surfers Paradise, helping bring selected areas of the apartments up to a clean, well-presented standard before the new owners moved in.
The work included painting selected interior walls and ceilings, along with exterior walls and other areas requiring attention. Working within a high-rise beachfront environment required careful preparation, protection of surrounding surfaces and attention to detail to achieve a consistent finish.
Maintenance painting is often about more than simply applying a fresh coat of paint. Careful preparation, identifying areas that need attention and matching existing finishes are important when working within established apartments where only selected surfaces require painting.
Our team worked through the required areas efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work environment, leaving the apartments fresh, tidy and ready for their new owners.
Sheridan Painting Service provides residential, commercial and maintenance painting services across the Gold Coast, including high-rise apartments and properties throughout Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach and surrounding areas.
