Mermaid Waters Interior & Exterior Project
This Mermaid Waters painting project involved both exterior and interior painting at the same property, with the exterior work completed approximately one year before the interior repaint.
The exterior work included painting the timber posts and white ceiling, along with preparation and painting of the steel posts. Areas of surface rust were removed and properly prepared before painting to help achieve a clean, durable finish.
Approximately one year later, Sheridan Painting Service returned to the same property to complete a full interior repaint over a two-week period. The interior work included painting the walls, doors and woodwork throughout the areas being renovated. Careful preparation was carried out before painting to achieve a consistent finish and clean lines around the doors, trims and other details.
Returning to the same property for the interior work gave us the opportunity to build on the previous exterior project and continue the painting work to the same standard.
